I am a local filmmaker and happened upon this excellent blog whilst searching for gardening and allotment organisations in the Ipswich area.
My name is Nick Woolgar and, along with fellow filmmaker Darius G Laws, have recently completed a feature-length documentary entitled 'Digging For Victory', about the Capel St Mary allotments and the 35th annual flower and vegetable produce show held in the village.
The film is set for a public premiere screening at the Ipswich Film Theatre on Sunday 2nd December, and I thought I would bring this to the attention of your members as an event which they might like to attend.
The trailer and synopsis for the film is viewable here: http://youtu.be/XmNYEFMTPaM
Tickets for the film are just £3 each, and available to book at the Ipswich Film Theatre website, www.iftt.co.uk
If you would like any more information please get in touch with me at Nick.Woolgar@btinternet.com
