HANDBOOK PURPOSES
In 1997 and 1998, the newly formed By-Laws Committee of the Ipswich Garden Club created a Members’ Handbook, to compile information about the Club’s history, procedures, and projects. The Handbook has been revised and updated throughout the years and is now published online in PDF form below. Thanks to those who created and helped update this document.
