Butterfly Meadow Cleanup - Saturday, April 13th 11am- 2pm

It’s Spring cleanup and mulching time at the Butterfly Meadow. There are some leaves and branches from the fall, a few happy weeds and ornamental grasses that need to be cut back. In general, the garden is in pretty good shape. Not all the perennials are up yet; we hope most of them will make it back after the long cold winter soon and that many of them will make it to our plant sale next month.

Barbara Monahan will be working at the meadow on next Saturday, April 13th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. With your help we can get the work done quickly. Please RSVP to Paula Jones if you can help even for just an hour or two.

Please bring gloves, clippers, a hand shovel or weeder, and a bucket for debris if you can. We also need some wheel barrows.
Thanks so very much. We need your help. Again, please RSVP so we know who is coming to help.
